My articles are not stored in the cart?
In 99 cases out of 100, it is because your computer is set to not accept the so-called cookies which it must be (your username and your goods are stored in cookies).
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Pay simply and securely online with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can pay directly from it by logging in there. 
 VAT of 25% is included in all prices. No charges are in addition to those in the trade list when you completed your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
When you send a return to us the economic correction is based on the payment method chosen on your order from the beginning. Refunds will be made to the same card within 10 business days after we have received and registered your return. If your returned order is paid with a gift card, these will be added as credit to your NEWASTE account once the return is registered. 
How long is delivery time?
In Sweden 1-3 days

Within Europe 5-8 days
Outside Europe depends on the country the goods are sent to, but normally the delivery time is 5-10 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Europe 9,99€
Outside Europe 12,99€

Can I change / cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we can not make changes or cancel an order that is placed. The reason is that the orders are taken care of as soon as the order is placed. 
I have not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure to check that your email address is correct, this is the most common cause of non-confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. Contact us if the above does not match your case. 
How can I return or exchange an item?

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects on delivery. Should you receive a defective or wrong goods delivered , contact customer service as soon as possible but no later than 14 days if the item is damaged on delivery. Of course we pay the shipping if you’ve received the wrong item or you complain.

NOTE! When a complaint is made we study the product, in some cases we send the complaint to further investigation by the supplier. Your opinions are highly valued, therefore we ask you to contact us at opinions or concerns.

How do I return an item?

In order for us to process your return you must send an acknowledgment . It can be found on the back of the waybill / receipt that accompanies your order. You have the financial responsibility for your return to arrive to us.

If you want to exchange the item, please note this on your return / acknowledgment. This must be done within 14 days.

The benefits of selecting replacement is free return fee on orders that are sent back to us.

Where is my order?

If you have not received your order within 2-4 working days or at high load 9 days, then you probably received a notice of any delays. It may then be that your item is backordered, or just a bit delayed due to high load. If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving the delivery notification from us, please get in touch with our customer service so we can check on what has happened.

Do you get refills on a sold out item?

It is difficult to predict as it depends on what item it is. Is there an item that is included in our basic service we will most likely receive it again. Is there a specific product that you are concerned about, you are always welcome to get in touch with our customer service. We look it up for you!

What's the least I can order?

Minimum order amount is 100 SEK.
